Apple - Blueberry Pancakes
5 servings
Ingredients:

1 Egg
1 cup Whole Wheat Flour
1/2 cup Skim Milk
1/2 cup Applesause (Natural or Sugar Free)
1 tablesthingy Brown Sugar
3 teasthingys Baking Powder
1/2 teasthingy Salt
1/2 teasthingy Cinnamon
1/2 cup drained frozen blueberries

Directions:

Mix in order shown. Use a nonfat cooking spray on
griddle on Medium/High(250 F)heat. Flip when
bubbles form solid, or golden brown on bottom.
Take two pancakes and place Applesause in between.
Tastes great with Lean Ham, or an Egg White
Omelete as a protein. Enjoy!

Just curious but is the applesauce mixed INTO the batter or left for after the pancakes are made?
