Hi i am organizing my 12 week bodyforlife program right now. I play in a few recreational soccer leagues on a few nights throughout the week. My question is, if i workout my upperbody for the BFL program in the morning and i have a soccer game at night will it effect my results? THanks.

Chad,
From my understanding of the program, it encourages you to keep an active lifestyle outside of the program.
Good for you! You should see great results!
