[flash=200,200]URL[/flash] I just registered for this board. Iam starting a mini challenge on Monday to get ready for and 8 week challenge on the 1st of January. I am so excited about this new product, I cannot wait to get going. I want to loose 20 pounds, and get toned. My goal is to wear a bikini this summer.

i'm also very excited about results.i did the body for life challenge and called that my "Trial run".i lost ten pounds and figured out what my strength and weaknesses are. so this time around i'm going to concentrate on nutrition. if there's anyone else w/the same problem that found a solution i'd be happy to get any suggestions. i'm excited about results bc.i actually like their bars! for once a bar that doesn't taste like chalk!

The results program is geared towards women. I is basically the same as BFL but it is a more low-intesity program, in my opinion.
