Hey all,
I've been following the regimen for two weeks now, i'm in my second week right now. I have made some progress, I lost 5 lbs and half inch off my stomach. My problem im encountering is not working out. Thats the easy part, its the eating part thats becoming difficult. My meals are pretty simple during the day, but i'm not sure if i'm eating the correct stuff, if anyone could tell me if i am or not would be very much appreciated!
List of what I ate yesterday:

Breakfast:
Can of mixed fruit in lite syrup

snack: low-fat strawberry yogurt.

Lunch: Chili with low fat, whole wheat crackers and low fat cheese.

Snack: Bannana

Dinner: KFC fried chicken with mash potatoes. (I took off the fried crispy stuff off the chicken)

Snack: More low-fat strawberry yogurt.

If anyone could help me or tell me if this meal plan is right or not would be appreciated! I dont want to continue something thats not benefiting me.

My answer would be no. I am still kind of new at this too, so if the info I give you is not 100% correct, sorry! You need to have equal portions of both protien and carbs. Looks like you are only having one or the other for some of your snacks. The following webpage should help you out!
